Kitchen Remodel

This family was faced with a small, closed in kitchen. They are extremely family oriented and she loves to cook for all of them. She desperately wanted a pantry but had no room to expand. We really wanted her to have her dream kitchen and approached her with our plan. We used part of an existing closet to add more cabinetry and room for the refrigerator and closing in an existing entryway into the kitchen made way for her pantry. We removed the cabinetry from over the peninsula opening up the kitchen.  And now, she is happy……Due to demolition and new framing to enlarge this kitchen, it took us nine days to complete.

Before-After

Kitchen Remodel

This woman loves to cook! She is well known for her ability to cook for large crowds and put out chef quality food at the same time. She and her husband did have issues with their dated kitchen and the amount of counter space they had. They also need to expand their dining area, but how? A major plan came to play. We removed existing beams to make the kitchen and dining areas seem as one large space. We then removed the existing peninsula creating more space in the dining area and opened up space for a more functional island. We closed in an existing doorway allowing for more cabinet space as well as that needed counter space. We then moved another entrance gaining more wall space for cabinetry. They can now enjoy all of their guest in their new “Tuscan” inspired kitchen. We had a lot of structural framing and extra work in other areas of this home, so this project was completed in sixteen days.

Before-After

Whole House Remodel and Addition

This custom remodel started with an older home that had a couple of obvious additions. The homeowners lover their property and its views so moving and building a new home was out of the question. As you can see, the roof was completely removed and a new one set in place. The entry is grand, complete with a barreled ceiling made of cedar. Dormers ere added to balance the look of the home. The interior of the home was dated with small rooms and the ceilings ere only six feet eleven inches high, so we started all over with new specialty ceilings, pan and coffered types and all custom woodworking. Additional footings and foundations were poured to expand and make way for an expansive master bedroom and bath.  We retrofitted collectible chest of drawers to become bathroom vanities to give the bathrooms a style of their own. This “renovation” brought this home into the present with elegant and modern style.

The process…

Kitchen Remodel

We met these wonderful clients at a trade show and were excited to help them with their kitchen remodel. She had done a lot of work to make her kitchen look nice, but it was still dated and she was ready for a change. There was no room to enlarge her kitchen, but we were able to add a couple of small cabinets to make extra counter space for her. We selected a lighter, natural finish wood and stayed with a neutral counter top and flooring and the results were amazing. The kitchen really did appear and feel to be larger, and we have another happy customer. They were also very pleased that the Wizards took only five days to complete their project.

Before-After

Kitchen Remodel

After hearing all about the “Wizard” from previous clients, this couple contacted Wizard Renovations regarding a remodel. We took their already nice but rather dated house and turned it into a spectacular home that they never want to leave. Their small and dark rooms are now of the popular open design. Bright and spacious rooms not to mention a new kitchen with custom built cabinetry and all the amenities. They take great pride in the time they spend with family and we built their dreams as if they were our family.
